Legal Advocate and Artist

My Story
Writing, Film, Law
Since childhood, I have been a wordsmith-in-training. I eagerly memorized poems such as Longfellow's The Village Blacksmith and Barbara Fritchie by John Greenleaf Whittier. Books kept me company during my long afternoons after school. As I approached my middle school years, I began to write simple poems. My love of words gradually extended to nonfiction prose and academic critical analysis.

I filmed my first video in the last three months of high school. I became hooked on the creative possibilities that film possessed. In 2016, I entered college with the goal to pursue both film and English. My undergraduate education has not only exposed me to new tools to create stories but also gave me avenues to collaborate with other talented individuals.

From 2020 to 2023, I studied Intellectual Property law at American University Washington College of Law. I am a candidate for the New York bar, pending results from July 2023.
The prospect of speaking up for my fellow digital artists motivates me to continue my journey as both an artist and an advocate.
